В кадре выставки пройдет несколько мероприятий на тему «Карьера ИТ в РМ – шаг за шагом». Организаторы Poliprojrect Exhibition SRL, проект «Повышение конкурентоспособности и развитие предприятия» (CEED), финансируемый Агентством США по Международному Развитию (USAID). 16 апреля – первый шаг: «Образование - Бизнесу», 17 апреля – второй шаг: «Бизнес - Студентам», 18 апреля – третий шаг: «Отраслевой чемпионат Молдовы по управленческой борьбе в сфере ИКТ».
Первый шаг прошел в виде круглого стола. В дискуссии приняли участие компании связанные с информационными технологиями (Orange Moldova SA, Unisim-Soft и другие), преподаватели государственного и технического университетов Молдовы (факультет математики и информатики, кафедра «Автоматика и информационные технологии» и др.), экономическая академия.
В рамках первого шага была выдвинута проблема нехватки квалифицированных кадров для ИТ компаний.
По словам руководителя компании «Unisim-Soft» Тухаря Павла «система преподавания в наших вузах не развивается, то есть стоит на одном месте. Преподаватели преподают курсы «двадцатилетней давности», в то время как информационные технологии непрерывно развиваются и совершенствуются. Нам нужны квалифицированные работники, но как мы можем их получить, если проблема в системе образования. Выходом с этого положения является сотрудничество с вузами. Сейчас мы практикуем такого рода сотрудничество с Техническим Университетом Молдовы. В нашей компании работает преподаватель с факультета радиокоммуникаций и связи. Это помогает ему идти в ногу со временем. Я считаю, что это самый оптимальный вариант, когда преподаватель работает по своей специальности, плюс преподаёт. В током случае нет того самого разрыва».
В зале создалась приятная атмосфера, все проявляли активность и заинтересованность по этому вопросы. В итоге круглого стола можно было сделать следующие выводы. Первый, студенты нуждаются в практике. Второй, компании должны быть заинтересованы в молодых кадрах и давать им возможность расти. Третий, что было бы полезно взять на заметку Западный опыт - работодатель заключает контракт со студентами- отличниками (студент учится и работает параллельно, а по окончанию вуза у него есть гарантированное рабочее мест в этой компании).
